Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and budget planning.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to predict future business performance and trends.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted figures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor financial performance to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA, CMA) is preferred.
