Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for key business units.
- Perform rigorous variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actual results and budgeted targets.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Prepare clear, concise, and compelling monthly financial reports and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index/Match, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and corporate finance principles.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
