Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets, providing clear insights to leadership.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all financial data is recorded accurately in compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
- Certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is highly preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
