Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis to monitor budget performance against actuals.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory standards.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
