Responsibilities
- Analyze Financial Data: Conduct in-depth variance analysis and trend analysis to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process and assist in quarterly forecasting to ensure financial stability.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for cost reduction and process optimization within the financial workflows.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulatory standards.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends and economic indicators to provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Certifications: CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
