Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, planning, and scenario analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Cross-functional collaboration with accounting and operations teams.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables) and SQL.
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
