Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings and stakeholder reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial reporting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
