Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to produce monthly/quarterly performance reports and forecasts
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare detailed variance reports explaining deviations from financial plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in preparing board presentations and investor communications
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in investment, corporate finance, or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
