Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop financial models to project future revenues, expenses, and profitability scenarios.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure all financial data and reporting comply with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
