Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budget analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Collect and analyze financial data including sales, expenses, and profit margins to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in forecasting future financial performance based on historical data and market analysis.
- Update and present financial models to management on a regular basis.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in the finance department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior experience required – We provide full training and mentorship.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is highly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Strong communication skills – ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-financial staff.
