Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and perform variance analysis to monitor performance.
- Identify key trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new business opportunities.
- Monitor budget adherence and actively participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is a strong plus but not required.
