Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, trends, and profitability.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and external audits.
- Monitor market conditions and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
