Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to predict future performance.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist in the budget preparation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities within operational budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and translate them into financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
