Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support management decision-making.
- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Assist in the budgeting and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and explain financial variances.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
