Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance reports.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses to support capital investment decisions.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and manage annual departmental budgets.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in financial data to optimize profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership meetings.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
