Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and monitor ongoing performance against targets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar corporate role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
