Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and develop long-term financial forecasts to support organizational growth.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of budget versus actuals to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate capital projects and investment opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior management and department heads.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial workflows and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial processes comply with internal controls and external regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA designation is a strong plus.
