Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analyses.
- Develop complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings and executive reviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and SQL.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Hyperion) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus but not required.
