Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and variance reporting to support business decisions.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the budget preparation process and develop long-term financial forecasts.
- Create and maintain complex financial models to project future revenues and expenses.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the executive team.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
