Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flows.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Budgeting: Assist in the annual budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of market trends and internal financial data to identify growth opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Recommend strategies to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions), SQL, and financial modeling software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong plus.
