Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to support strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and quarterly projections
- Present complex financial insights to executive leadership through clear visualizations
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects for new market initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
