Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive financial models and variance reports for executive leadership
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform investment recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with detailed commentary
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects and special analysis requests
- Maintain and enhance financial databases using advanced Excel and SQL skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
