Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances
- Prepare comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses for strategic initiatives
- Develop monthly/quarterly performance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost control
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance
- Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CFA or CPA certification a plus
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a flexible work environment
