Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic business decisions
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify operational improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets and financial plans
- Prepare executive-ready financial dashboards and quarterly performance reports
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including ROI analysis and cost optimization initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI experience)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting software
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or CPA designation highly valued
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for stakeholders
