Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support business planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial models to predict future performance and assess risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor departmental budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Present complex financial data in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively with flexible scheduling.
