Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor variances between actuals and budgets, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop complex financial models and interactive dashboards using advanced Excel and BI tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and improve cost control measures.
- Present clear, data-driven financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of external financial audits and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
