Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business decision-making.
- Prepare and present complex financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Utilize financial modeling techniques to assess project profitability and capital investment opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
