Responsibilities
- Perform rigorous financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support quarterly and annual business goals.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare high-level management presentations and detailed reporting packages for the executive board.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on business trends, market shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to align financial strategies with corporate objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time insights to drive operational improvements.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index/Match) and financial modeling.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or SQL is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
