Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for budgeting and strategic planning purposes
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel functions and ERP systems
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
