In this role, you will play a critical part in our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) department, supporting leadership in making data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring our financial health remains robust as we scale.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and capital budgeting projects.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
