Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational optimization
- Develop comprehensive budget forecasts and variance reports for executive review
- Create financial models supporting capital allocation decisions and investment strategies
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with organizational goals
- Prepare monthly performance dashboards with actionable KPI insights
- Lead quarterly business reviews with department stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and financial reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- CFA or CPA designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
