Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic decision-making
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
- Lead ad-hoc financial analyses supporting M&A activities and capital allocation projects
- Design and automate financial reporting workflows using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Present complex financial insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VBA, Power Query) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies
- Exceptional analytical thinking with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
