- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to support business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and reporting packages
- Collaborate with department heads on budget preparation and expense analysis
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI tracking using provided analytics tools
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX and financial regulations
- Maintain and optimize financial databases using provided software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently with provided equipment
