Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to produce accurate forecasts, budgets, and variance reports
- Develop comprehensive financial models for investment opportunities and market analysis
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify financial optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects for new market expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with complex modeling capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
