Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and budgets to project future financial performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial targets are met and operational efficiency is optimized.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
