Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actual comparisons.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual operating budgets and assist in long-term strategic planning.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within financial operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to stakeholders.
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus but not required.
