Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support business planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Develop, maintain, and update complex financial models and budgets to assess financial performance and project future outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
