Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and strategic planning documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and trends.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a significant plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
