Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track variances against the budget to ensure fiscal health.
- Assist in the preparation of executive presentations and board materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
