Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
- Develop complex financial models to forecast future revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports for executive leadership, highlighting key trends and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and regulatory filings.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
