Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and perform ongoing financial forecasting.
- Analyze market trends and competitive data to provide recommendations for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, including DCF analysis and sensitivity analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are a significant plus.
