Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual financial results
- Partner with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend actionable solutions
- Prepare board-level presentations with clear data visualizations and insights
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
