- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Forecasting: Develop and maintain complex financial models to predict future performance and support long-term strategic planning.
- Budgeting: Assist in the budget preparation process, monitoring actuals versus forecasts to identify variances.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth cost-benefit analyses and operational reviews to improve efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for financial process optimization and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in financial analysis, planning, or forecasting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Analytics: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
