Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to predict revenue streams and expense trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop annual budgets and strategic operating plans.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory reporting standards.
- Assist in the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting within a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) required.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
