Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and long-term planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers and identify areas for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and capital projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
