Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to predict future performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor budget adherence and cost control measures.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory filings.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the financial data to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
