Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and build complex models to support long-term strategic planning and forecasting.
- Reporting & Presentation: Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances.
- Budget Management: Assist in the budgeting process, monitoring expenses against the budget and identifying areas for cost reduction.
- Market Research: Perform competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial workflows and data collection processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
