Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted targets.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of high-level presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a strong plus.
