Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and budgeting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast future performance.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings and stakeholder reviews.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to support capital expenditure planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
