Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Assist in the budgeting process by collaborating with department heads to establish realistic financial targets.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and forecasts.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and executive leadership in a clear and professional manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates to the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VBA) and financial modeling.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
